My husband was skeptical, and gave then a tough test to prove they aren't warm. LOL. He wore the midweight boot socks with uninsulated boots on a walk thru snow. Guess what? his feet were warm!! Now he wants more.

I purchased these for long Winter hikes and they are wonderfully warm and super soft. They fit well without feeling tight. So very pleased to have warm feet with no itchiness. These are very nice and comfortable, they don't pinch my calves but stay in place and they're warm. The fit is really good and considering I wear a size 14 shoe, that's a real plus for me, most socks don't fit right, but these are great!
